CHEER CLASSES

 Our Cheer Recreational Classes teach the elements of cheerleading - jumps, motions, dance and minimal stunting. They also focus on developing  social skills while improving balance, coordination and strength. 

Length: 55 minutes
Pre-Qualifications: Boys and girls ages 6 - 12
Attire: Leotard or T-shirt and shorts/leggings; no zippers or buttons
